Welcome to Equinox Health Supplies. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. About Our Service
Equinox Health Supplies provides medical infrastructure solutions and equipment to clinical facilities, emergency response providers, and home care customers across all 47 counties in Kenya. Our services include ambulance conversions, clinic setups, laboratory installations, and supply of medical equipment including mobility aids, diagnostic equipment, orthopedic supports, and patient care items.
2. Custom Projects & Quotes
Ambulance conversions, clinic setups, and laboratory installations are custom projects with unique requirements. We provide personalized quotes based on your specific needs. All project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final project scope and pricing will be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp or email before any work commences.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices listed on our website for equipment are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without notice. For custom projects, pricing is provided on a per-project basis. We strive to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur. Final order confirmation occurs via WhatsApp or email communication. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or product unavailability.
4. Order Process
Equipment orders are placed through our WhatsApp checkout system. For custom projects (ambulance conversions, clinic setups, laboratory installations), the process includes:
- Initial consultation to understand your requirements
- Custom quote preparation
- Project agreement and deposit (typically 50% of total cost)
- Project execution and regular updates
- Final inspection and delivery
You will receive order confirmation and project timeline before processing.
5. Delivery Policy
We deliver equipment to all 47 counties in Kenya. Delivery timelines:
- Nairobi: 1-3 business days for equipment
- Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret): 2-5 business days for equipment
- Other counties: 3-7 business days for equipment
For custom projects, delivery timelines are specified in the project agreement and vary based on project complexity and scope.
Delivery fees are calculated based on location and order value. You will be informed of delivery costs before order confirmation.
6. Returns & Refunds
Equipment Returns Eligibility:
- Unused, unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Medical devices once used are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for replacement.
Custom Project Cancellations:
- Cancellation before project commencement: Full refund of deposit minus administrative fees (10% of deposit).
- Cancellation after project commencement: Refund calculated based on work completed and materials purchased.
- Completed projects are non-refundable.
Refunds for equipment will be processed within 7-14 business days after inspection of returned items. Refunds for custom projects will be processed within 14-21 business days.
7. Warranties
All medical equipment comes with manufacturer warranties as specified on the product. For custom projects (ambulance conversions, clinic setups, laboratory installations), we provide a 12-month warranty on workmanship from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in installation and integration but excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.
8. Product Information
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly. All specifications and warranties are provided by the manufacturer. For custom projects, final designs and specifications will be approved by the client before execution.

10. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or requesting custom projects
- Use products and facilities only as intended and per manufacturer/project guidelines
- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses for medical facilities (responsibility of the client)
- Not misuse our website or services
- Comply with all applicable laws in Kenya
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equinox Health Supplies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or custom projects, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or project giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page. For ongoing custom projects, the Terms in effect at the time of project agreement shall apply.
